Daily logbook
Add one line per “chunk” of your day. You can include blood glucose, stress, exercise, food, and sleep. You can export your log as a file and import it again later. You can also import it and visualize it as a graph on the Detailed Curve page.
Use a file that was exported from this logbook (JSON or CSV). Importing will replace the current entries.
