Micro-trends in this window
Looks at days where your highest BG went above a spike level and compares them with other days in this window.
Compares your estimated next-morning BG on shorter-sleep days and longer-sleep days.
Compares average BG on higher-stress days (4–5) and lower-stress days (1–2).
Compares average BG on days with at least 20 minutes of exercise versus less-active days.
Compares typical highest BG on days with fast carbs and on days with only slow or medium carbs.
Looks at days that combine fast carbs, higher stress, and a higher total carb amount, and compares them with other days.
Compares average BG on higher-carb days with shorter sleep and with longer sleep.
